Card Holders

FUSION ENTERPRISES LIMITED

These terms will be handed to you before you purchase your Fusion card.

The Fusion Card gives the following advantages subject to following terms:

1. The 2009 Card is operational for the academic year 2009 to 2010 (that is from 1st September 2009 to 31st August 2010).  

2. The Card provides benefits to the person to whom the card is issued ONLY.  It cannot be transferred to, nor must it be used by, any person other than the person to whom the card is issued.

3. We refer to businesses that join the scheme as Contributors.  Contributors who join the Fusion card scheme have agreed with Fusion to provide the discounts and benefits stated.  Contributors who are currently contracted to the scheme, together with the benefits they offer, are stated on the Fusion web site.  Please make sure you regularly check the web site to ensure that you are aware of the current list of Contributors and what they are currently offering.  

4. If Contributors leave the scheme, amend the discounts or benefits they offer, or if new Contributors join those details will be stated on the web site.  Please make sure you regularly check the web site so you are up-to-date with this data.  The web site is the only listing of current Contributors and the benefits they offer.

5. Fusion does not guarantee the Contributors discounts and benefits.  

6. If Card holders are denied the benefits currently stated on the web site they must report the denial to Fusion so that the company can take the matter up with the supplier.  However, no compensation can be offered for the denial of discounts or benefits.

7. Contributors, their business, service, premises and associates are not investigated or vetted by Fusion.  We do not therefore give any assurances as to whether such businesses, services, premises and the activity of associates are provided either safely or in accordance with the law and regulations.  The decision to use such is entirely a decision to be made by the Card Holder after assessment and enquiry by him or her and without encouragement by Fusion or by the fact that a Contributor is subject to the scheme.  Card Holders are particularly reminded that licensed and entertainment premises are licensed subject to strict rules which must be adhered to at all times. 

8. The Fusion Card can only be used as a request by the Card Holder for the Contributor to provide the Card Holder with the benefits currently stated on the Fusion web site.  The Card must be presented to the Contributor BEFORE the services are request.  Failure to first present the card may result in the Contributor refusing to grant the benefits.  

9. Card Holders are warned that they should not assume that businesses offering Fusion card discounts at the point of sale or by a display on the premises are necessarily members of the scheme.  Please check the web site.  Please report any business offering Fusion discounts that are not recorded on the web site as unregistered businesses may use the Fusion name to give the businesses respectability.
 

10. The card cannot be used for any purposes other than to claim the benefits currently stated on the Fusion web site.  It cannot, for example, be used as proof of identity or age.  

11. Lost or stolen cards:  A new card will be issued at the cost of £10.

12. The Card Holder agrees with Fusion that Fusion will not be liable whatsoever for any losses or damage suffered by the Card Holder in regard to the use of the card or in regard to the relationship between the Card Holder and Fusion.  Card holders agree to keep Fusion indemnified against any liability that devolves onto Fusion through the activity of, or otherwise originating from, a card holder.

13. The Card Holder agrees to use the card in accordance with these terms and that they will do nothing that will bring the good repute of either Fusion or any Fusion products and services into disrepute.  Any breach of these terms will result in Fusion cancelling the Card Holders membership without refund or compensation and the card holder will return to Fusion the card so cancelled.  

14. Fusion have the right to amend, add to or delete any conditions and rules of the scheme and any such changes will take effect once posted on the Fusion web site.
